Bipolar Support in Fife
Welcome to the Fife Bipolar Group website. We are the only self-help group within Fife for those affected by Bipolar Disorder. Our meetings are once a month at The Express Group, Kirkcaldy where we share information about the disorder and offer support for those affected by it.
In June 2007 it was decided to change the name to Fife Bipolar Group from Central Fife Bipolar Group, to better reflect the area that the group covers. Thankyou.
The Aims of Our Group
- Promote the health and well-being of people living with Bipolar, their relatives, carers and friends.
- A safe and confidential environment to come together.
- Supply information and reading material for interested parties.
- Overcome the stigma of Bipolar Disorder.
- Inform the public about the illness.
